How to apply this principle in 5 minutes today: Evaluate your goals. Are they written down on paper? Have you shared them with someone who can hold you accountable? Yes? Good! Now, next to each goal, write down WHO you are trying to become in the pursuit of the goal. For example: Goal: “I want to drink more water.” Who are you trying to become? Why is that goal important? Write down your thoughts & answers. Revisit these notes once per week. Spend 5 minutes today – your future self thanks you!
